Grimb has played in metal bands since his teens and says” I want people to feel rock in my work”. He has shown at major car and bike shows in Japan,Germany and the US. in 2005 he participated in the burnout network show at the Roq La Rue gallery, Seattle. he works mostly in acrylics and 1 shot paint.

Makoto
Okazaki, Japan
Makoto aka Makoto Kobayashi. one of Japan’s foremost pinstripers, who was introduced to the art by Wildman Ishii, Makoto was the only Japanese artist to feature in the famed 2002 Von Dutch, an American original show in Northridge, CA. in addition to the Mooneye shows in Japan, he has also shown at the Cacao coffee house in Santa Monica, CA, and at the Roq La Rue Gallery in Seattle.

Mr.G
Fukuoka, Japan
Mr.G aka Minoru Goto. widely recognised as one of Japan’s best pinstripers, Mr.G first came across the artform at a Wildman Ishii striping demo in 1992. the other major string to his bow is as one of Japan’s foremost exponents of TIKI. not only does it inform much of his output,he is also a passionate collector. he has the most complete TIKI mug collection in Japan and has designed several mugs for TIKI Farm of California.
Mr.G works out of a studio in Fukuoka Prefecture. he shows regularly in the US as well as Japan. his first one-man show in LA in 2005 was a sell-out. in 2005 he also showed at Roq La Rue in Seattle, together with Rockin’ Jelly Bean, Makoto and Grimb.”you gotta run when you gotta run” is Mr.G’s motto.
